Mombasa City, the Melting Port of Cultures

Mombasa’s original Arabic name ‘Manbasa’ which means called ‘Kisiwa Cha Mvita’. In Swahili, it means ‘Island of War’. The reason behind this is the many changes in its possession that have got a great impact on its long history. The majority of the Mombasa population comprise of Muslims or Swahili people. Wherein the majority constitute the migrants and merchants from countries. The countries include Iran, the Middle East, Somalia and the Indian sub-continent who came and settled there.

Furthermore, the town overlooks a large harbor, where commercial shipping blend with long-established sailing dhows. What attracts people from a distant land to this island is the striking old town and its splendid Arab architecture. The narrow snaky streets and the air often filled with the scent of spices. The local Men & women wrapped in bright-colored coastal wears ‘khanga’ and ‘kikoy”. It’s common to see women wearing the traditional outfit-‘bui bui’ as you walk around. In addition, the active markets flooded with fresh fish of the coast is the normal scene that a foreigner gets to see on his/her first visit.

Nairobi, The Green City In the Sun.
Nairobi city

Nairobi is Kenya’s Capital. The largest and most populous city in East Africa, with a current estimated population of about 4.5 million. The name”Nairobi” comes from the Maasai phrase “Enkare Nyirobi” which translates to “the place of cool waters”. However, it is popularly known as “The Green City in the Sun” and is surrounded by several expanding villa suburbs. The city started life as a railways depot in 1899. Today, the city skyline is dominated by modern high rise buildings and is a tourism and trade hub. This city is now one of the most prominent cities in Africa politically and financially.
A vibrant city with a mix of races and cultures, providing the visitor with several sightseeing options such as museums, a national park, golf courses, resorts and posh night clubs. It is one of the leading cities in Africa.

A Kenyan Adventure

We crafts each experience to combine big-city excitement, pure adventure, and exploration of Africa’s mystical past. Every thrill seeker’s dream combination.

And then travel to the islands of the Lamu Archipelago where, in stark contrast to your urban experience, you will sail the azure seas and walk through half a dozen historical, untouched islands. Bush Dinner under the stars

Bush Dinner Under the stars

The spirit lives on from the authentic Out of Africa Safaris of the 1950’s; Whilst on a Kenya or Tanzania safari, our esteemed guests crown their wildlife experience with our signature Bush Dinners ; set under the open starlit skies ringing in the magic of the sights and sounds of Africa, you have the choice of casual to full white glove service.

Food is usually ‘Nyama Choma’ on a grand scale (nyama choma is the Kenyan version of an Argentine asado or a South African braai – just way more delicious). Chefs in tall white hats prepare all manner of grilled food to order accompanied by bowls of salads, chunks of cheese and freshly baked bread, which are all on their tables. A campfire and Masaai dancing enhances the ambience. You might want to add extra colour by donning on the traditional Masaai outfits complete with the beadwork.
