Drive with your boat from one quiz-spot to another where different puzzles pop up on the iPad. Experience Hamburg at its best and enjoy the different views of Hamburg. Same-sized teams play against each other, taking one ore more boats.

In addition special tasks, adapted to a maritime theme, demand creativity and especially good communication within the team and have to be solved on board and on land. Teamspirit and puzzle fun are required, since each team would like to win the competition and finish at the very top of the podium.

You can play it in 2 different ways:


Make yourself comfortable on the launch – having a tour over the Elbe river – while you are solving the tasks in your team. Depending on the group size you can play it with all teams on one launch or one team per launch.


If you want to be more active you can play it with canoes, paddling on your own, on the wonderful Alster lake.

Viada Dmc in Finland and Lapland – Different kind of Team Building event

We at Viada Dmc have always believed in always offering to our international clients experiences with a WOW factor. This is why we created the concept: Different kind of Team Building event

Finnish Lapland offers a great natural “stage” where one can experience truly once in a lifetime experiences. The winter time, with snow and ice, offers many different creative ways to do interesting things. One really Different kind of Team Building event was created in co-operation with our preferred partners in Rovaniemi region.

After the group arrived to the airport a group of Lappish shamans greeted the group and performed a special welcome ceremony at the airport. During the ceremony everyone was advised that the next day they would all become true Shamans.

The next day the group travelled by snowmobiles to a hidden location were the Lapps gave a special welcome around the camp fires. Everyone was offered warm berry juice, as it was -15C and there was over 2 meters of snow! Then the group was divided in various smaller groups. Every group had to do 5 different kind of True Lappish activities which varied from building a Kota tent, making fire, drill a hole in the ice to be able to fish, Snowshoe hike and making their own lunch; glow fried salmon.

As the activities were going on our special team monitored how the participants made through their tasks. In the end of the activity there was a general evaluation and one of the teams was selected as winner. But all were given medals made by wood with their Lappish Shaman name engraved. Everyone also received a typical Lappish “4 wind hat”.

After the event the group started up their snowmobiles and drove back over the icy river and through the snowy forest back to Rovaniemi. All in all an unforgettable Team Building event. On top of everything, everyone took home a little bit of Lappish culture in a special way.

The best thing was that the client won, the incentive house won and we won. So it was a Win-Win-Win event.

TNT Magazine has recommended Mostar as the destination that should be put on a travellers’ bucket list.

The magazine’s writer Clare Vooght describes the city as the rising star of the Balkans, and she is no short of praise for Bosnia and Herzegovina either.
“I’m here because travel junkies have dubbed Bosnia one of the world’s most exciting undiscovered destinations. Its rugged landscapes, clear rivers and rich East-meets-West history under the Romans and Ottomans are the drawcards,” writes Vooght.

Vooght takes in local attractions such as the Old Town’s stunning Koski Mehmed Pasha and Mostar’s famous Old Bridge, saying that “in-the-know travellers, notably Aussie backpackers, make a beeline for this bridge to take a precision jump into five-metre-deep water”.

Her short break to Mostar also includes a local cookery lesson, and Vooght concludes her visit saying “that Bosnia really does have it all – food, history, architecture, natural beauty, a fighting spirit and a darn good sense of humour”.

Twiice DMC’s latest client AIRBUS Toulouse completed their all African seminar last week at The Victoria Falls Conference Centre. “This seminar is the best I ever did. Zambia, Livingstone, the David Livingstone Safari Lodge and the Zambian people, all was a wonder” said the Airbus Marketing Manager. During the seminar, delegates were treated to daily visits from an elephant herd stopping for a drink at the venue’s watering hole. The delegates thoroughly enjoyed social evenings including cocktails on the Lady Livingstone where they had sightings of giraffe, elephant, hippo and crocodiles and a sunset toast overlooking the Victoria Falls followed by a delicious dinner on the Livingstone Express Steam Train. AIRBUS staff and clients chose to stay for post-conference adventure in Livingstone surrounds and Chobe National Park with feedback as follows – “Livingstone Island is something you have to live! I understand why (Victoria Falls) is one of the wonders of the world! It was really amazing, one of the best experiences of my life!”

Ambiance Incentives obtains ADMC Accreditation, as first Spanish DMC ever!



Since 1 January 2015, the Spanish DMC Ambiance Incentives is designated “Accredited Destination Management Company” (ADMC) by ADMEI, the Association of Destination Management Executives International, based in Dayton, Ohio.

“We are so excited to obtain this accreditation, as it proves our standing as a professional DMC in Spain that meets all strict requirements set by ADMEI, and also gives us a highly important recognition in the marketplace” says Managing Director Marc Schwabach, DMCP. “And being the first DMC in Spain to obtain this accreditation, and only the second in Europe after our dear friends of Hadler DMC, Denmark, is just fantastic!”

Fran Rickenbach, CAE, IOM, Executive Vice President of ADMEI, states: “ADMEI congratulates Ambiance Incentives for successfully completing the requirements for the Accredited Destination Company (ADMC) designation, and for being recognized as meeting the standards and criteria that are indicative of the highest quality destination management service providers.”
