Who We Are
Arctic Incentives is the MICE department of Lapland Safaris group, a destination management company existing since 1982 in Finnish Lapland.
We are the most experimented DMC in the MICE segment in Finland.
40 years of experience will always make the difference.
What We Do
Most of our activities are from our own production (snowmobile, huskies, reindeers, snowshoe, forest ski, ice fishing…) and we use unique venues and restaurants that nobody else can offer.
We organize dinner in a snow restaurant and outdoor lunch around an open fire, with our own catering company. This means we manage our own activities and venues, without reliance on external suppliers.
Where We Operate
We operate in Rovaniemi, Levi, Ylläs, Luosto and Saariselkä, the main destinations in Finnish Lapland.

For us, environmental responsibility means concrete actions in our own operations. We are committed to saving natural resources and increasing positive environmental impacts. Services Offered
We offer all ground services from airport to airport for groups from ten adults up to several hundred guests.
Our programs are tailor made according to the level of exigence and budget of each customer.
