Who We Are 

It takes a little bit of craziness, a little bit of inquisitiveness and a whole lot of passion to deliver an amazing incentive travel program. We love a good challenge and the opportunity to show a very unique side of India, Maldives, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka to incentive and meetings groups from all over the world.

Whether it is operating the single largest incentive group to India, producing a major Bollywood extravaganza on the beaches in the Maldives, or serving champagne in the remotest areas in the middle of the Himalayas, we are privileged to have operated projects that have been one of a kind.

47 years of excellence, 8 SITE Crystal Awards, 88 international and national awards and a network all over the Indian sub-continent – all this makes Creative Travel among the finest DMCs in the region covering all of India, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka & Tibet and is today India’s largest independent and family-owned destination management company.

This region is a special place for travellers, and our vast experience in handling clients from all over the world allows us to create the most memorable programs for you. Delivering the finest of cultural experiences, engaging personal immersions, and wonderous natural encounters does not happen by accident. We make it a point to know our lands. What We Do 

Creative Travel is a full-service DMC operating across South Asia. We have specialist teams dedicated to all this MICE – incentive travel, corporate meetings & board retreats to large format congresses and conventions through our PCO team. We also have a strong leisure division that is amongst India’s top luxury agencies, allowing us to deliver unique special interest journeys and VIP travel. Our team is skilled at delivering on any request of any size or need in our region.

Creative Travel is dedicated to all ideals of the UN SDG 17. We have a DEIB policy in place and also ensure we follow all best practices as an employer.

As a company, we have also established the ‘Ram Kohli Foundation’ in honour of our founder. The base objective of the foundation is “to spread happiness”. The foundation operates across a cross-section of segments such as children, physically challenged, old age etc. A section of all incoming receipts will be dedicated to the foundation activities. This foundation is operated directly by the Kohli family and will have an independent board of trustees as well.

As a part of our Social Responsibility, we support initiatives in our trips. One NGO we support is the Salaam Baalak Trust, an organisation we have been partnering with for many years. We engage with them for our guests and create special experiences to allow travellers to interact with their community. We also work with other NGOs and charities in local towns and cities when needed. We have done some regular work with an under privileged girls school in Cochin (Kerala) where we have helped build infrastructure for the students. The team also regularly donates to organisations based on need based activities.
